State-of-the-Art Manufacturing Facilities

Our manufacturing plant, strategically located near key transportation hubs, is a testament to our commitment to operational excellence and scalability. Spanning 17 acres with the capability to expand an additional 33 acres, our facility is equipped to handle diverse production needs.

With an initial capacity of 1,500 TPA, we have the infrastructure to scale up to 6,900 TPA, accommodating various technical products. Our plant features multi-equipped production lines and a pilot-scale facility for transitioning laboratory innovations to commercial-scale production.

We adhere to a Full Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) system, incorporating ETP with MEE, ATFD, and BTP followed by an R.O. system, ensuring compliance with global environmental standards. This advanced system supports our commitment to sustainability by minimizing waste and conserving resources.

Our plant’s strategic location and modernized resources enable us to meet the dynamic demands of the agrochemical industry while supporting local workforce development and maintaining high production standards.

Comprehensive Quality Control

Our Quality Control (QC) department ensures that every product meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficacy. We follow a rigorous integrated quality system that exceeds customer expectations and complies with all regulatory requirements. Our QC labs are equipped with advanced testing facilities to monitor and verify the quality of our agrochemical products throughout the production process. This includes detailed testing for purity, potency, and stability, ensuring that our products deliver consistent and reliable performance. We are committed to maintaining high standards through continuous improvement and adherence to global quality norms. Our ISO certifications (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018) reflect our dedication to quality management, environmental stewardship, and occupational health and safety.

Manufacturing Plant

  • Strategically located 240 kms away from Hyderabad on the Bangalore National Highway, off 1 km Udumulapadu, Dhone, around 300 kms from Krishnapatnam Port, and 500 kms from Chennai port, the plant connects well to all places with the convenience of rail and road connectivity.
  • It is established on a sprawling 17 acres and has the provision of expanding over another 33 acres.
  • It has an initial capacity of 1500 TPA with scale-up facilities to 6900 TPA for various Technical products.
  • The plant is set up at a location with abundant availability of local workforce.
